1. In DHA Sector Z or Block Z are two terms for the same thing. What is normally called “Block” in other housing societies is called “Sector” in DHA. DHA has different phases and those phases have different blocks for which officially used terminology is “Sector”. For example the Sector Y of DHA Lahore Phase 3 is also commonly called Y block. The road signs in DHA show that as Sector Y. Similarly block B of DHA Lahore phase 6 is officially called Sector B. You can confirm this Secor/Block terminology from DHA by calling DHA office: .
2. DHA has not yet officially disclosed the location (and balloting date) of Sector Z. It will most likely be near Sector S or Block S on either side of the Barki road, i.e., inside current DHA Phase 8 or across the Barki road but close to Sector S of DHA Phase 8.
3. At ballot time Parkview files are very likely to be adjusted in this Sector Z, but it is not certain and not officially confirmed at this point of time. If you buy this Sector Z DHA proper file you will be entitled to get a plot in DHA Phase 8 Sector Z but if you already hold, or buy a Parkview file you might as well get a plot in the same sector. OR you may get a better or worse location elsewhere. It all depends on DHA. We have no control over DHA. However in our opinion, due to huge price difference, the Parkview files prices should go up.
4. Please note that this price includes land cost and the payment is lump sum. There are no installments. Development charges will be extra and to be paid in installments after the balloting of these DHA Lahore Phase 8 Sector Z files.
