i am looking for 1-2 kanal plots in bahria sector A and sukh chayn gardens.
is emerging is possible in sukh chayn and in bahria for 2 plots of 1 kanal each but construction of one house ( on 2 plots.).pl.coment. :h

For a single house on 2 Kanal (900 Sq. ft.) area a 2 Kanal plot (75x120 ft) is the right choice because 2 Kanal plots area is considered more posh with better facilities. Further you always get better design on a 75x120 ft plot than a 100x90 ft plot. Longer front is rather a disadvantage due to shoorter depth.

Does bylaws of these societies allow constructing one house in two adjasent plots of one Kanal? Duplex is acceptable but not clear about one unique design about 100 front. I also have same case in same area. so, if Mr. AG could advise! |

Bahria Bylaws do allow combination of plots. They do not allow division of plots for resale i.e you can not sell a plot in parts to different persons. Here in UAE almost squre plots are used for duplix houses. there are usually four houses in one block with one staircase in the middle. A 5 ft passage is left on both sides.
Ground floor houses may have their entrance from the stair case or their court yards.
