Dears.
1. BT Lahore is a very well planned, developed & maintained housing society & offers an examplory living style in a very secure environment.
2. People say it is a bit far which, in my opinion, is irrelavent because Bahria Offers all the day to day requirements of life such as education, entertainment, shopping, hotling, sports, Fast food chains, Sports, Banks etc within the society. People from all of Lahore now come to BT Lahore with their families to watch movies in Bahria Cinemas.
3. Prices of residential plots announced for sector E highlight the Unfortunate fact that Middle Class of Pak Society will no more be able to afford living in BT Lahore. I feel the pride of Bahria Town, so far, was that it offered middle class an excellent oppertunity for respactable living.
4. Main Bouleward (150 ft wide) of Sector E is continuation of Sector C Main Bouleward (210 ft wide)& starts from Jamia Mosque. It then turns right & is quite long. There are numerous commercial plots on both sides of the bouleward. There is a University & Medical Complex on the Left Side & A Cricket Stadium at the extreme right.
5. The map does not show any access to LRR. It will be premature to guess or comment on that.
6. Possession is promised in 14 months while the payment is to be done in 20 months (10 Instalments)
7. The present construction activities (Houses & Plazas) in sector C & elsewhere in BT Lahore is a clear indication of the fact that people need not to worry about any possible problems in constructing their house or feel insecure anywhere in BT Lahore.
Investors can consider investment in Sector E as Short Term because Bahria will give possession in 14 months.
