Property Gurus are requested to give advice.
I am not investor, one week befor I purchased two files of phase 9 one kanal on the advice of very famous property consulting firm (I will not mention their name) at 25 lac each. At that time they were saying its price increasing pace will not stop and it will touch 30 lac just in a month and at that level it will sustain till the news of balloting.
But unfortunately after few days its price started toward decline and today’s rate is around 23 lac. At this stage I need advice should I keep these files or dispose off on this rate because one expert told me that it was the game of investors to attract more people that’s why they artificially touched the level of 25 lac and now it will going to its actual place initially 21 lac and then 17 in few months. I need sincere advice please.

Don't be befooled. Have trust in your decision. Normal fluctuation in price if u dAily check the rates. A good decision , just don't panic and wait . U will b e happy one day soon |

Please do net get panic to sell you files. DHA 9 is a long term investment. Even if you do not want to keep these files for long years, just wait for few months, Insha Allah you will get return on your investment. |

mr hafeez one week before u bought these files and withen one week u started to cry.hosla rakhein wo bhi to log hein jinhoon ne 50.50 lakh ki yeh files lee hein.be a man. |

Many of us are file holders. No one knows the direction - 30 lakh or 17 lakh. Ground facts are in favor of increase. |

up and down is part of game. The one who have invested in real estate gain and looses every day .
DHA-9 has chances to go high and very high but one have to wait Longer you wait more you will gain. inshallah |

Look at price of BT sector E where they are selling 10 merla @ 25 lacs. I feel DHA phase 9 file price is still cheap. |
