I have a budget of 50,00,000 PKR to invest for 1 to 2 years. Please suggest the optios if i can buy 2 files for 9,10 or buy 1 plot for Phase 7.

Both options r good but u need to choose best. N ph.9 file is more worthy if u want to hold it until balloting otherwise ph.7 will be in possession in 1-2 yrs time n will increase like ph.6 is going up n soon it will b out of reach.of avg buyer. So ph.7 is best in my view. Rest Allah knows best |
