Dear property experts,
I am a 36 year old married overseas Pakistani working in the middle east. I plan to shift to Islamabad in a couple of years (1-2 years ). Btw I grew up in Islamabad so I love the Islamabad life style. now I have the budget of buying a 3 room new flat in silver oaks or 11 marla safari villa in safari villas III in phase 2 of bahria town. Considering my job type I will be working in some multinational company in Islamabad so the following points are confusing me :
1.How much time will it take me to commute to Islamabad from safari villas on Islamabad high way ? is this commute worth it ?
2.What is the quality of construction of silver oaks? Any problems in this regard ?
3.What is the life expectancy of such buildings (silver oaks) in Islamabad 25, 30 years? What happens after the building is not livable?
Btw I am only interested in gated communities or apartments due to security reasons… so even sectors like f-10,f-6 are of no interest to me as they have security issues. . btw my saving are in foreign currency I.e., dollars so as the dollar rate is very high these days I am thinking of making this purchase very soon … Please advise me regarding silver oaks vs safari villas

Construction and lcation of Silver Oaks are good. However, the floor plan is not as good as it should be. You can live in these appartments only with two suitcase and few hangers in your wardrob. Please do visit whereever you want to invest. |
