Dear All:
For State life 1, can a non resident paksitani buy a plot ,as he can in Defence Society, without visiting Pakistan.
If his relative can do the paper work with non resident pakistnai NIC/NICOP card, and when i come from abroad, the plot can be transfered in my name.

Dear Flex-01, There is no need to be present for overseas Pakistani to buy a plot in DHA. Not sure about State life but for DHA you don't need to present. Plot would be in your name, and you can only get allocation letter from DHA office once you visit Pakistan. |
