Appears too expensive. Similar house with top quality would cost around 10 mllion in BT Islamabad PH 3 &4.

Beautiful House , What are the feature in house? Is it Furnished house or semi Furnished, because I saw some a/c on roof and side gali and security cameras in front. Great Finishing. What is the final price ? and Is is builder or private construct.I also hear Ph V price are really going high day by day.

on this road the price of 10 marla plot is 70 lakh and its owner built with A grade construction. so its a good deal to buy this in between 135 to 140

Mr, mak I don't think you will find a good house in this budget, i have shop around from last 5 week i could not get it. the house Mr, saeed as listed is very good and good place . but i don't have the budget i have only 1 core . you will even find less than 125 to 130 10 marla house. they asking with basement house from 155 to 165 and good house with out basement is 135-150 . with excellent finishing and good matrial . please don't buy anything you fall in repairs after 6 months. try to buy owner build house , rather than builder.
