AA ALL,
I have a budget of 35 and i want to buy a plot(10 M) in any area of Lahore where i can build a house in a year if i had enough money, but if i am unable to build a house and need to sell it than i may get some return. i want dear members to please guide me.
i had two thoughts
- buy two small plots n sale one and build other
- buy a good plot in a good society and try to save more money to build house.

If u want to build house after 1 year, then only buy those plots where possessions are being given right after you pay the price. |

You can buy 2k for 35lac i guess. I bought 5 years back for 32 the prices changed slowly. I hope it ll be doubled After having under construction approach to access. Buy fully developed one plot, or if u can wait for 5 more years then buy in sector E and weight for possession. |
