what a zulm if they return only the orignal amount after 8 yrs when the rupee has depriciated so much.

every body has not bought from lda.i bought my 10 marla plot from open markete in 15 lacs 3 years before.if they return money to me will they return only 3,4 lacs in which money original allotte bought this plot.please clearify this

AA.Possession of some develop blocks near 2 or 3 months as per lda sources.

M.waqas sahib you are looking here after long time.you are much aware about lda avenue than us.can you please tell us what is going on in litigation areas and whats your opinion in which areas first they will give possession.

Hi, I could not get it...means will LDA return money to all the plot owners even if plots are letigation free?Then what they will do with the land ????????/please someone explain....Thanks

If your plot is not in litigation then you will get possession in next 4 / 5 months. LDA is saying 2/3 months but that will be difficult to give possession as poles are without conductors/wires and transformers, etc

but if my plot is not in litigation but qabza group there B block lda 1 and lda hav taken development charges from me then what is future of this plot ???

My one canal plot is in block D. Nasir Gung pind influencial person is hendering the development . They are QABZA GROUP. I bought the plot from open market so it is not in litigation, hence duly ranfered.
What will happen to this block D Qabza group?
