I need your suggestion on below:
What is the best area in phase 9,7 and 8 to buy a 1Kanal plot with a budget of maximum 4.5Million ? I want to buy this for 1 year investment, so please suggest if there is any change of price increase ?
When the possession will be given for Phase 7 and wil it affect the price ?

well buy two files of dha phase 9 though development is late but right nw this is the hot cake becuz dats the only the most lower price tag of dha besides these all investers r in to dha phase 9 knowing dat the after dha phase 8 dats there next up cuming project, its location is far better than dha phase 7 ,so the choice is urs ,i m very much pessimist when i say it touch 30 ,well in real just after ballet it will b near 35 in next 1.5 year |

Well, I often hear that DHA-9 Location is better than DHA-7. Can somebody prove that according to current infrastructure? Where is the entrance of DHA-9?
DHA-7 was balloted in 2006 but still no possession, DHA-8 has been balloted but no development so you can roughly estimate how long it will take for DHA-9.
Be careful before investing. |

Brothers,
As requested, i am asking for 1 year better investment oppertunity.
It seems, next year ballating of phase 9 will start which might increase the price, however adding development chearges from next year means we have to invest further.
In case of phase 7, i the possession is announced or expected next year, what will be the chance to price raise.
