I am planning to install steel grill in my newly build house in tricon village lahore. could anyone advise me about a good steel grill manufacturer. Also what is the current per square foot rate of steel grill in lahore.

How is this society? What is your experience about management, quality of work and service, facilities and location? Please share.
Steel grills can be fabricated through welding shops available near by @ Rs.200 to 500 per sft.

I can safely recommend Mr. Mubarak . Very upright, straight forward. Little difficult to negotiate because he gives fair prices. Does good quality work and keeps up his promises. |

society is very good, and infrastructure is also good. But you need to remain active in persuing them to build your house in time, otherwise they will delay as per normal practice of all builders in lahore. However one thing i will say that they did good quality construction and the delay was not too much (only 1.5 years :)), as i was in uae during that time. had i been actively following them it would have been completed earlier. Price for 12 marla double storey house is 85 lacs. society is opposite jubilee town main gate on canal road. Seeing is believing. |
