If parkview files are to be adjusted here why a huge price difference, thereby meaning they will not be given plots in z block . is it advisable to invest in z block at high price? Any news in balloting of z block and it's location? Serious replies only

As per market news Z-block is being balloting soon, some says may be May/Jun 12. Location can not be confirmed before balloting, some says between S and T Block and some says across Road in front of S Block. In any case it is expected to be much better than Ph 8 Y Block at least and 20 feet deep U and V Block locations.
For PV files, I think they will be most likely adjusted and no news of balloting.
