Assad bhai, many thanks for your trust in us but as described above in the disclaimer note, it is perfectly OK to doubt it. EXPECTED does not mean CERTAIN. Let us make it clear, so that we are not blamed later on, if there is no ballot on Thrusday. We do not have any control over DHA, they can do the ballot tomorrow, or on Thursday OR they can delay it even at the last moment if they wish so or if, for example, they receive orders from higher ups to do so.
We only provide such un-confirmed information after there is considerable (but no perfect) confidence in the accuracy of expected date of happening. The purpose of sharing this with respected LRE website visitors and file holders is no more or less than to alert/inform them so that they do not sell at the last moment to the relative more informed/insider/smart guy, after having waited for so long.
