Could you help by sharing your experience, if one wants to build 1 kanal reasonable house which architect is better. There are so many in the market that its hard to understand. Every one tells he is the ecnomical and best. Mind you I am not interested in giving construction contract I only wants desighning and supervision till end. Please let me know what shaould be price approximately.
