All Park view files are allocated behind Phase 7, extention of block U, T, X and Y towards BRB canal. It would be good if they will get the access form Bedian Road but there may not be appreciation in price for 1-2 years as the price of plots for these blocks of phase 7 were already low.
Please suggest what could be the price range of 1 kanal in these extended block with development charges and how much would be the development charges to be paid?
