LDA HAS TAKEN OVER FORMANITES HOUSING SCHEME FOR completing DEVELOPMENT.

I hope all the victims of this fraud by society's management get redressal soon!!

I pray to Allah Almighty, the LDA would take such action against Public Health Eng. Housing Raiwind Road, Lahore. For the last 24 years the Housing society has not been developed and not given possession to its members. Allah karae we also see such lucky day for Public Health members.

I think ALL Coop and other societies should be handed over to DHA since they are litteraly defrauding people.

LDA cannot solve its own land problems in LDA Avenue-1 since the last ten years..., but its out trying to solve the problems of other Societies...Unbelievable!!!

There is a Notice Board put up on the entrance of the scheme by LDA. Any one can visit the site and see it!

It is among 4 schemes taken over by LDA.

The news has been reported in Daily Pakistan (7th Feb.) and Daily Jang (12th Feb).

Dear All,
I think some have not understand the news. the fact is that some alloties have applied for the refund of their moneys deposited against allotment of plot in LDA Avenue 1, and LDA is not going to refund their money back to them. This is the news about such cases, that LDA is now going to refund the moneys to such applicants, and not to all alloties of under litigation plots.
Don't you worry....
