dear brothers, i have few questions to all who live or either have knowledge about bahria town lahore. i want to buy a ten marla plot in oversees b. is this sector fully ready to construct homes? is there any 300,000 annual community club fee in oversees b? how much will be non-construction penalty every year if i don't construct house in next five years?. i request to all brother please share your knowledge with me so i can make my mind. i specially request to brother AG and adil saeed to comment. thanks and may Allan bless you all.

Yes Bahria overseas B is fully ready for possession and construction.
No idea and never heard of any club fee.
If you immediately apply for possession after buying a plot then their will be no monthly charge for 3 Years. If you do not complete the house construction within those 3 years then a monthly charge of 2500 PkRs will be imposed after completion of 3 years. And if you just buy the plot and do not apply for possession then you will have to pay Rs 500 monthly.
