I am seeking an update from a resident of Sukh Chayn whether the management is still serving and maintaining the way they promised seven years ago! And is there any smell from Rohi Nallah bothering the residents? Kindly spare some time.

Go to the google earth and see for yourself the construction in Sukh Chayn. Since the neighborhood has 24/7 security control the habitat really does not matter. However according to my information over 200 families are living there. It has telephone/gas/internet cable and all the other facilities.Some +100 houses are under construction.

Thank you Mr. Khan, in fact, I checked google map but it not updated since may 28, 2011, o i wanted to know about the growth during last one year or so.

I reckon, you are living in Sukh Chayn and may be the best person to talk with if you do not mind to share your e mail or phone number with me. I have almost made my mind to built my house there but want to clear few doubts. Thanx!

Mr. Hussain Sukh chayn growth is very fast as per my experience because when I Visit Last year my sister start to built house I surprise during this visit that to many families are living there and to many houses are under construction .So I decided to start construction of my house as well as my brother House. BY the grace of Allah both Houses are now get start construction. My Advise if you want to construct house then don’t wait because price for construction material in Pakistan rapidly increased from last year, Difference of material cost about 600,000 Rupees for the same construction.
