LRE TEAM,waiting for some light on newly ballotted PV files.what is the estimated price (including all the charges) of 10M in Y BLOCK,1 K IN Y BLOCK AND 2K IN X BLOCK. I need to sell 1K as soon as possible,hopefuly transfers will be open from monday.what is unplanned area mentioned on map?my 2k is in front of this area.WAITING ANXIOUSLY FOR YOUR REPLY.THANKS.

There are many pockets in the new balloted area of phase 7 which have not yet been acquired by DHA. These areas have been marked most as "unplanned area" or "reserved area". DHA seems to have learnt a lesson from its past and is only allotting plots in locations which have been already taken over by DHA. With time when DHA acquires more land, these "unplanned areas" be converted into plots as well. |
