The newly townplanned area of phase 7 below blocks T, U, X AND Y is a much better location than Phase 8 Z block. Phase 8 Z block is located around 2 KM off Burki Road along the khaira distributary. I don't understand what's wrong with proximity to BRB canal. It will take less than 5 minutes to get from H block phase 6 to the lower edge of phase 7. So park view file holders who have been inquiring about Z block DHA PHASE 8 should know that the location of Z block is worse off. It's no where near current phase 8 and will be at least 2 km across burki road.

Dear, Khaira Distributary is fresh water channel coming from BRB and dividing Ph8 and Ph6 along main Road. Do not worry, PV files are well adjusted but as these were not basically issued from DHA so one should not be expecting so much. These are not now plots and sooner will be developed. |
