I got a 8 Marla commercial plot on commercial broadway Phase-8, DHA Lahore by paying the first installment of 2M PKR back in September 2007. Haven't paid the remaining installments but the plot hasn't been cancelled as yet by DHA despite my several requests over the years. Please advise if I can sell it off as it is or let me have and any other info, guidance, suggestion.

There will be daily surcharge for the installments not yet paid. First you should check with DHA how much surcharge has been accumulated. Then check the value of your plot from market (Perhaps LRE can guide you). It is possible that you still sell it on profit depending upon location of your plot. |
