I would like seek expert's views on Rwp/Isbd - Bahria Phase 7/8 vs. DHA Phase 2.
I wish to build a commercial plaza for rental income and I thought I should try to benefit from learned members of the forum before making a final choice.
Options, I am considering at the moment are Bahria Phase 7/8 Commercial Areas around Bahria Expressway. And second option is DHA Plots around GT Road.
What are the future prospects of each considering 5 years timeframe in mind?

DHA phase-2 is better, because of decency and rule of law & not rule of BT management |

Well, honestly I'm not able to understand your point. Is this comment based upon your Observation or you just feel BT Management does not have enough professionalism?

From Islamabad reference both locations are equal (may be DHA-2 is having a little edge) but GT road is developing very fast all the way up to the Rawat. It is not advisable to take plot outside DHA even on the GT road. |

Better to invest on Bahria expressway in Phase 7. too far. If you can get a plot on road front, it would be good. Outside DHA on GT rd. is not advisable, and inside DHA 2, it will take a very long time to populate. Bahria Phase 7 and Phase 8 is getting populated very fast. |
