I dont know what to say... after 7 years of holding pv file (originally bought in 23 lacs for the location infront of airport) we are getting a plot far far away and now development charges are way too much. 9 lacs for 10 M...

Well it's history lesson. Phase 6 Ext File holders gone thru the same situation. Waited for ballot 7+ Years and after ballot thrown at the corners of Ph-6, to date no possession and lots of encroachments pockets. |

PV files adjusted in phase 7 will be developed after completion of development work I. Phase viii, with almost phase ix development. Wait for 3,4 years BEng not Dha baby. My advise to trade with either phase ix files being better location or go for z block, , rest I leave upto your good judgment. |

File for DHA phase 7 is nearly 20 lacs , so the value of the pv file-plots on average should be between 23-25 lacs (excl. dvel. charges. |

no one was expecting less than 12 Lac but 15 is bit more so, in that case DHA 9 24+15 or even more will not be good buy
Looking at these dev charges phase 7 plot might gain a bit and Phase 9 File may shed another 1 to 2 lac. |

development charges on one kanal is 15 lacs(9 Lacs development charges + 6 Lacs Marger Fee) |

DHA already gave me allotment letter in PV it was facing park corner and now it is in ph7, do I have to pay development chgs also |
