Can someone please advise as to how to sell the ex-parkview file allocated in the phase 7? Also, is there a tentative price for the said files/ plots?

ITS A PLOT NOW,PRICE DEPENDS ON LOCATION,RANGE FROM25-40 LACS(EXCLUDING DEVELOPMENT CHARGES)

In few weeks the transaction will start happening then picture will be clear about the PRICE, but it should range between 25-35 excluding devl charges.
People did panic after they got it in phase 7 and not phase 8 BUT it wont be a bad deal eventually |
