Dear All,
I am visiting Pakistan next month hopefully to buy a land for contracting House in another maximum 1 to 2 years of time. I am having total Budget of 13 Lakh, I required a Land of 5 Marla possession Land & should be 100% ready for construction. Can someone please guide me which Societies Should I add into my Listing before I come, I want to Plan before my arrival as per the suggestion I will received.
Also I have kept BT Sector D in mind but thinking if they delay the possession and change my Plot of some far locations? Is BT trustable?
What other Societies in Lahore I should prefer where 5 Marla Land could be in 13 Lakh & Fully Possession plot?

Dear Batool,
No need to buy in sector D.In my opinion it is expensive.In sector -B Usman block /ali block,u can get 5 marla plot ranging 10-14 lakh very easily and u can start home right now.Go and see yourself.
Sector-D Price is too high.My sister made home in usman block corner 5marla corner facing park,bought plot in 13.5 lakh 1year before.otherwise with little low quality in jubille town |

Thanks a lot Hussain for such a quick response, I have actually enquired already for Sector A, B, C but it seems prices there are way to high, As per current rate I think 5 Marla Plot will be around 14 to 16 Lakh. Still I think It would best to visit the place itself to decide. |

Go for a 5 marla residential plot in any one of Ali, Usman & Umer blocks of BT Lahore. They are very well located within BT Lahore & well populated.

While on your way to Bahria, drive thru Sukh Chayn on your way. It may take 15-20 minutes but may help you to make your life time decision easier. |

I was wondering that most of the people only advice BT for 5 Marla. I personally wanted few of more suggestion. I want to list down all the reasonable living Societies in Lahore where Rest of my life can be spent in a best way. Why Only BT has been advice.
Can someone please advice apart from BT. Where else should I visit before taking my final Call.
BT, SUKH CHAIN, JUBILEEE TOWN are already suggested.
Tell me some more societies on Multan Road. |
