Dear Experts,
Please guide with pros and cons the use of galvanized pipes and fittings vs PPRC (green plastic) pipes and fittings for domestic water supply.

Flexible PPRC pipes are far better than GI pipes as they are not prone to corrosion, bear more stresses, thermally sound and better performance. I have changed all old GI pipes in my home with new PPRC pipes. |

PPRC pipes are way better than GI if water is saline but i think in pindi region there is no issue of salinity.
Even then PPRC pipes are economical,life is more,no corrosion. |
