With a fresh supply of almost 3000 new plots what should be the logical impact on prices. That much should be obvious. However, the plots which were borderline previously, their 'location factor' has materially changed. These are no more borderline, hence their price should rise but the prices of other plots?? Will they rise? I don't think so. Will they drop? That's what the law of supply and demand says!!! |
