Dear Brothers,
The file price of DHA Phase 7 is 29 lacs, how is it possible that plot price shall be less than that.
The newly balloted 1K PV plot prices shall start from 35 lacs, or the other possibility is that DHA 7 file price shall decrease.

You are right, however, people will take sometime to realize this. PV balloted plots prices will be based on existing prices of their respective blocks + location + keeping in view that development is yet to start.
Phase-6 & phase-7 allocation files are not a good buy as their are hardly any good locations left that DHA may acquire or offer !! |
