Phase v ext ballot if held will be alloted plots n phase ix area across ring road. If these plots are drawn on map then phase ix map will also have to be prepared. I think phase ix ballot should be expected by md this year and it's price will gradually rise to 30 lac by June. Any views

Phase-7 Parkview plots development: yet to start
Phase-8 development: yet to start


Phase-5 extension: yet to be balloted & then to be developed
Phase-6 & Phase-7 allocation files : yet to be balloted
Phase-8 Z block to be balloted

Phase-9 files: yet to be balloted:

Q: Why will DHA burden itself with balloting of DHA-9, when there are already so many balloting & developments yet to be settled by DHA. No solid reason.

dont forget devolment started in ph 7.no construction in ph 8 at all.development started in dha town witch is ph 9.they started main blvd for dha town.

As I mentioned earlier pahse 5 ext will stay 40 lac unless the ballot occurs.once ballot occurs prices will be determined according to the location of the plot any where 60 lac plus or minus. Phase 7 with in a month will touch to 32-33 lac and stay there untill phase 5 ext completes and finally phase 9/10 will increase WITH IN A MONTH to 29-30 lac and stay there unless phase 5 ext,phase 7, phase 8 clears out. Moreover, there will not be any more phases left for development. Therefore, hold your sale for phase 9/10 files if you want to make some money on it- market watch
