Dear Brothers, I am about to buy a 10 marla plot in Lahore, I have short listed two schemes out of many and that are, Bahria C and Sukhchayn.
I will be very much obliged for your valuable comments and advice to choose one of them only. Please spare some time for me and help me out. My plan to make a house in next 4 to 5 years inshallah so according to that time fame your comments are welcome.

Bahria Town on ground plot. Take the possession and start construction, you will have 3 yrs to complete. |

Check the prices between Sukh Chyan and Bahria.Evaluate there location and decide. Both are same. Sukh Chyan may have a little edge because of it's exclusiveness and more quite ans secured. |
