I have 25 lac in cash. I want to invest them in real estate in lahore. Can you suggest me any good location that give me double return in 2 to 3 years. Thanks

You must look for some double shah in lahore instead of investing in real estate.

Adeel Sahib, There are many opportunity arose to double your money in real estate and you don't even need to look for any double shah.

You can get maximum benefit to invest at right time and right place. The people who have invested in DHA phase 9, DHA Town, Dha phase 5 extention and Bahria in one year back have gained lot of profit within a year.

I think there is still lot of space if we invest today in DHA town, DHA 5 ext. or DHA phase 8 for 3 years time, will not be double but one can have 50% gain on investment. I don't believe DHA phase 9 will give this much gain in 3 years time but it's only my view point.

It is not advisable to expact very high return on your investment, in very short time, in any type of investment including property because it may lead you to frustration. Further security of your investment should also be kept in mind. The higher the expactations the higer the risk.

Mr. AG is right. You have to consider the security of your investment. Always remeber the rule of investment. Always purchase those properties which can be sold immediately whenever you need money in cash. Never stuck your earnings in those properties which can not give you profit in short times. Avoid purchasing those properties which are hard to sold back.

u should invest in dha phase 9 as this is the only lowest price

tag in dha near dha phase 5 very safe and sound investment must have gain of atleast 5 lac in a year atleast
