It is not understandable as to why phase 4 DHA Lahore plots are cheaper than phase 5 and Phase 6 . Phase 4 is fully developed and near to main commercial area in Y block. Phase 5 is still not fully fully built and there is no gas in phase 6.
I have a feeling that either Phase 4 is undervalued or phase 5 and 6 are overvalued.

Phase 5 & 6 are better due to underground electrification, also one can see attractive front elevation while phase 4 has old look |
