These all i guess are newly Balloted plots To vaoild Confusion the Price is told Including development Charges But If the price of Plot is 40 then Land price will be 25 so you will pay 25 Lac to seller and 15 Lac will be payable to DHA in Quaterly installments,
Please Make Clear that DHA 7 development chrges when balloted 4 ys Back was 9 Lac for last 15 Months all dues have been paid
BUT Development Chages for new allotments/Ballots are 15 Lac
I Think Now it is Clear If You still have some question then can ask


DHA Phase 7 Y 3033 is around 42 to 43 lacs (Including Development Charges)
DHA Phase 7 U 1749 is around 38 lacs 39 (Including Development Charges)
DHA Phase 7 X 1489 is around 37 to 38 lacs (Including Development Charges)
