I am coming to this forum after a long time. I have a question in mind and it might have already asked. Please bear me, if it has been discussed in some earlier posts.
Question:
I am thinking to buy a commercial plot in Bahria Sector C. But seeing big commercail in Sector C, E and D. Do you all think, isnt it a very big for bahria town lahore. It is ok, if BT allow everyone to come inside for shopping. I think they will not allow.
If bahria residents will shop there, then such a big commercial zone will not be fully occupied.
If it really has potential, will this commercial be liberty market of Canal Road, Raiwind Road?

Dear Yousaf, price of property to a great extent depends on the rental yield and which is excellent if you compare it for Bahria Sector C, which is an indication there still is still a lot of room for price improvement in Bahria Sector C Commercial. I could tell you the yield but do your own research in this area and make up your mind. |
