I am interested to invest about 50 to 60 Lakh in DHA Lahore with in ten days from now. Please advise, is it good idea to buy two files for Phase 9 or should I buy a 1 kanal plot in phase 6 or 7? Please advise what is good option for long run investment point of view?

two files of DHA-9 are much better choice. Not only for longer terms but for short term as well. |

Sunny it is not a wise decision and beleiev me 1% is nothing as compare to have a safe deal. You might loose much more and some time perhaps all if you do not deal through a dealer.
You can not ignore role of a middle man for successful deal. |
