This is the best phase ever DHA will design in coming years.Hold your files for a while very big change in prices are coming 29 to 30 lac.

its good u r holding ph9 file i think it will be 30+ in coming days.ph9 will be the only file in dha is going to be traded.but i think the best ph for dha will be ph6.in future ph6 is going to be center for all dha phases.and we r going to see alot of activity in ph 6.dont miss the train guys buy ph9 file its time.good luck

Yes, I agreed with PP views for ph 6 and recomendation for ph 9 but in terms of location of phase 6 and 9 I think all phases of DHA have almost good locations, look at phase 1, 2 3, nothing is wrong with 8 close to airport DHA parkview.

i want to buy dha phase 9 file cn cmy help me finding should i go 4 it or nt at present it is around 24.5 plz tell me as price is going up day by day wht would u the future of it in a long run in year .

with development cahrges phase 9 will be around 40 lacs , while we can buy a developed plot in ph7 at 40

phase 9/10 at present value is 24.50 and phase 7 is 40 lac this is reality if some one has 15 lac extra he can invest on dha 9 another 10 marla and in future can sell it for more profit and then invest it to build the house in this way he can make a free house. if you are saying phase 7 and 9 has both same value you are not true becasue there are no development cahrges due at the moment for phase 9 1 kanal. if you think it is same will you exchange your phase 7 with phase 9 at todays's price. if you are I can arrange a buyer for you.
