Though its location is ahead of Mini and Midway Commercial, River View Commercial (RVC) Bahria Town Islamabad is a less than popular area. It's still not fully developed by Bahria Town Management for unknown reasons.
The price of 30*40 plots, at the moment, is in the range of 35 to 50 lakh depending upon the location. However, plots touching Main Boulevard and Bahria Expressway may fetch a bit more due to enhanced visibility.
