I think people who are unable to get file for DHA 9/10 will regret because currently it is very low price 20 marla (1 kanal) for 24 lacs. whereas even in villages prices are roughly around 2 lac per marla. Soon it will develop and no one will be able to find a plot at this range.Moreover, inflation is keep pushing the prices up and recessions are not allowing people to accmulate the funds.However general guide line hold your place in DHA and get the file ASAP before it is too late in coming month or so!

I feel extremely sorry for those who wanted to have IK house in an area like DHA or wanted to invest in real estate but do not have ability to think or courage to make decision. On top of that they always think negative and if some one advises they take it negative. They are once again advised that IK allocation file of DHA-9 is best buy for a house or to have maximum return on your investment.

Very soon to have IK plot on as low as 24.25 will be history therefore if are interested it now with out any further delay.

It is a sincere brotherly advice and I have no interest of mine. I am not a property dealer neither wanted to sale file I have purchased but wanted people of my class how can hardly buy live around me but not bilinear .

please remember at least 15 lacs development charges too. And most likely you will not get a good plot in ballot. I thnik its best to buy after the ballot when u know the location of the plot .thanks

My suggestion is one who have little and believe on luck There will be no bad plot as low as @24.2 lac. I believe The price on 1K will not be less then 40lac .

SIM you might be right the development charges will be around 15 lac but it will be in 3 years time. I am sure and confident on my suggestion and believe DHA-9 is best safe buy in market.

Why buy a DHA 9 file when there is no chance of ballot for next two years & development charges to be above 15 lacs+ and then who knows when it is going to be developed. Who would want to stuck his money for 5 years ?? Don't misguide people!!!

Just look how much ParkView & Phase-5 Ext people have to suffer !!! There are still many allocation files in phase-6 & phase-7 & phase-8 which are still undecided !! DHA still have to develop recently balloted park view, phase-8, S & Z block, Phase-5 ext.

Reality is DHA-9 have no chance of balloting for at least 2 years & development at least 5 years !!!

@ ali1 you might be right and pehaps there will be no ballot in two years time. But the point is DHA-9 is best buy or not If some one have purchased DHA-9 @ 15lac and today it is worth 2.425M in less then 6 month. so what if still it is a file.

If you beleive with your discouragment price will reverse and you can buy on lower rate I don't mind, keep dreaming but trust me it is not going to happen.

thanks for telling development charges of 15 lac + to people but don't forget inflation factor 15 lac will be nothing if you pay in next 4-5 years time. don't forget DHA 9 is still cheap for 24.5 lac compare to phase 6 or 8. If you want to guide people do not invest in phase 9 and rather than invest phase 7, 8 or ext 5 those people who do not have 40-50 lac where they will invest (no where it means they won't be able to make plot even next 5 years or so, phase 9/10 gives hope atleast those who have little investment and they will become the part of DHA community.) please do not misguide people give them better suggestion. thanks
