thanks for telling development charges of 15 lac + to people but don't forget inflation factor 15 lac will be nothing if you pay in next 4-5 years time. don't forget DHA 9 is still cheap for 24.5 lac compare to phase 6 or 8. If you want to guide people do not invest in phase 9 and rather than invest phase 7, 8 or ext 5 those people who do not have 40-50 lac where they will invest (no where it means they won't be able to make plot even next 5 years or so, phase 9/10 gives hope atleast those who have little investment and they will become the part of DHA community.) please do not misguide people give them better suggestion. thanks

Friends for where did you get this figure of 15lac as development charges. It might me your desire but not true, DHA-8 was having 10 lac and in worst sinarrio DHA-9 should not be more then 12 lac.
DHA-9 is a for better location then DHA-7 if you compare best with best and worst V worst otherwise the price of 10 marla DHA-9 would have not been 38 lac of newly allotted plots.
I fail to understand what do you wanted to achive by telling not to buy/ hold cheapest IK plot @ 24.25 while development will be paid on easy installments. |

15 lac dev charges are for new plots of phase 8 z block which seems current and valid for all newly balloted files. Please gather first the exact information before guiding other people. Same case is for comparison of phase 7 & phase 9 location. |
