WTC Shops in Islamabad by Al-ghurair Giga in DHA-II has resumed the construction. They promise to complete by March-2014. If they don't complete, they say they'll give rent to the shop owner.

They said to pay rent many years ago as well but did not keep their promise. Keep listening to unrealistic promises. this project was to be completed many years ago and still will need many more years to complete. |

@ noble ... They stopped their construction work because of Dubai property was down from 2008 to 2010. Since Al-Ghurair Giga is Dubai based company, they also stopped their work. Now they have started and people are working on-site. I hope they'll complete by 2014. I also have bought a shop on installments. |
