I believe this is 5 marla plot in DHA-9

Now tell me why one should buy 5 marla when DHA-9 IK is available @2.41 million and is it not the prime example to witness DHA-9 1K is the best buy at this time.

Phase-9 1 kanal file is a long term investment, which development will start when each & every phase of DHA will be completed, or till DHA doesnt find a place for future DHA 10.

Dear Aslam Who care development will start tomorrow or after 10 year what I know DHA-9 was under 15 lac 4 month before and today over 24 lack

so will be the case in coming months

DHA-9 is most returning investment and rewarding you keep for profit or making sweet home.

One thing I don't understand that why those people who bought Dha 9 are very sincere to everybody and always advise them to buy and earn profit, and when we ask them about there personal tips they pretend they are suffering loss.

Dear all it is so interesting at times to read certain comments as one is really enlightened ,there is no denying the fact that Phase 9 is attractive location wise ,but what a thick head like me could gather from reading the comments of Mrs Janjua is that for this phase its not the location, price etc ,that matters, what matters is the the hidden hand & i guess in the end the word successful implies the one should go for it ,but at the present price as well is a big question mark

the biggest question is that phase 9 is on earth and promoted more than phase 8 and phase 7.its not in paradise or rrounded with beautiful mountains and lakes.its just that BIG INVESTORS AND BIG MONEY is involved.thnx

Till the kid return back home and keep crying for the remaining day, here the buy is a plot, very big for you to decide,

Every person is entitled to have his own opinion. BUYERS will always be critical(and rightly so); while SELLERS are entitled to have their own say (and rightly so). I am not a file holder in Phase-9 and neither do I plan to in the near future for a separate set of reason (as i favour an on-ground plot). However lets not get offended by or get offensive with people holding divergent views. This is the real beauty of this forum.

Sir with due respect for DHA 9 you said its best phase of DHA, and on your recent comment on DHA 5 ballot (if u r the same guy), you said who cares about the Pakistan, and the credibility of DHA in serious danger. Its agreed by everybody who likes DHA 9 or not, they will not get plots before 3 years (minimum time period). So what do u think a gentleman like u dont trust on DHA now, can we still wait for their good credibility.

mr javaid,i bought 3 files in phase 5 dha lahore in 1997 for 5 lac each and sold after plotting for 36 lac each.point is that BIG HANDS PLAY SATTA.why person will sell of phase 9 at 24 when he/she knows that it will be of 40 lac soon.because he ate the cream and will invest further away.may be phase 11 files will soon be launched at price of 7 lac each.now least profit in phase 9 is left as cream has been eaten by investors.now ballotting is near and will have to pay development charges.so i request ppl not to sell phase 9 as big profit is waiting.happy?thnx
