dear brothers
is there in increase in transfer fee of 10 marla in bahrian town lahore just two days ago?. it was 97 thousands including stamp duty. i am going for transfer of 10 marla in sector c tomorrow. my property dealer told me that i have to pay 110,000 which is including stamp duty. please comment

one more question, is bt lahore overseas B 10 marla are plots are 25 square feet more than other 10 marla plots in sector c and bahria town charge 25000 extara for that? i want to make sure from brothers who deal in property or either live in BT lahore.

1- I paid 73,500 Transfer fee and 22,500 of stamp duty last thursday i.e 1st march for an overseas-B plot , there is no increase
2- yes overseas-B plots are 25-100 Sq feet bigger , i paid 67,000 for 67 sqft extra land and one of my friend paid 25,000 additional land charges for 25 Sqft in overseas-B , it will be mentioned in NDC
