I have a general question on Bahria Homes / Safari Villas Rawalpindi Phase 7-8 .
After purchasing a single story (Ground floor) house is there any restriction that later we cannot built another story on top of it (First floor).

Dear Samir,
Yes it is correct, that Bahria does not allow you build a first or second floor on Safari Homes.
