The map of DHA Phase V-extension. See every plot is near village leel, some enchrochment, grave yard or boundary. Which is very bad indeed. And there is no link with phase 5 except a padestrial bridge which is also only proposed at this time.

Very bad town planning indeed. Apart from all plots being so close to boundary, I guess the three reserved plots may be commercials or public buildings. There are many pockets but no proper park or any good feature for good living. Look like they just drew some crazy lines of disoriented plots.

It would have been better if they had moved it to larger town plan of DHA phase 9.

map isnt colorfull .but practically it will be much more than ur expectations,
plot price wont be less than 55 ,once the dust of rumors settle.

Look at the number of odd shaped and Samosa plots.People were lucky who sold the files at 40+.File business is always a gamble, Win big or loose big.

WORST MAP IN THE HISTORY OF DHA AND WORST SECTOR IN WHOLE DHA PHASE 1 TO 8.

It was the only place available to DHA and one could easily figure it out watching google earth. I figured it out few months back and hence stayed away from phase-5 extension investment. I also knew the rumor of connection between phase-5 & phase-5 extension is hoax, this could also be easily figured out watching google earth. Unfortunately the number of bad plots in 5-ext are higher if compared to any other phase. Now even phase-7 looks better than 5-ext.
