It is repeatedly advised on this form to buy DHA-9 when it was around 15 lacs and still friends are telling this is best buy but I don’t know why you are afraid of and how did you get that big mafia is behind DHA-9. No one is forcing you to buy and if you are really intended and afraid of lose.

I am ready to make a deal, you buy in DHA-9 and if you loose I will bear the 100% of lose and if you gain we will share 50/50. You decide the time frame and a period of contract. If acceptable leave your name and contact number I will contact you and this a gentleman promise.

What would you offer to those who purchased file @ 34 lac epx seven years back for same DHA-9? You can just show them a dream of getting their own money back after an investment of a decade with no gain but loss of currency devaluation. Please do not make the people fool!

I think people who bought files less than 20 lakh will enjoy the benefits of DHA 9.

So far, it appears that on-balance this file-business has not been good for people who put in their good moeny into it. PV and PH5 file holders, after years of holding, losing time value of money, lots of anxiety, uncertainty and frustration did not get something on which they will be rewarded well for their labour and their money. Going by the first indications of the prices of the alloted plots, many would lose money if they decided to cash out of their long-standing misery. Like some colleagues sagely suggest, a plot on the ground is the best investment. In my view, PH9 files are overvalued given the risk (and huge development charges) involved (as they indeed materialized for PV and PH5 file holders).

mr javaid,i bought 3 files in phase 5 dha lahore in 1997 for 5 lac each and sold after plotting for 36 lac each.point is that BIG HANDS PLAY SATTA.why person will sell of phase 9 at 24 when he/she knows that it will be of 40 lac soon.because he ate the cream and will invest further away.may be phase 11 files will soon be launched at price of 7 lac each.now least profit in phase 9 is left as cream has been eaten by investors.now ballotting is near and will have to pay development charges.so i request ppl not to sell phase 9 as big profit is waiting.happy?thnx
