Why the whole of phase 5 been named as M block? Will all the file owners get plots in this block or only M block file owners.
There are about 18 plots facing graveyards. What are "mixed use developmental areas" and what are "unplanned" areas? What is "Minor" What is OHT?

OHT stands for Over Head Tank
Mixed use developmental areas : area to be used for multiple purposes
Unplanned : nothing has been decided what to do with this piece of land.
Minor : insignifcant or unimporant

May be you are right, but I gave general academic meaning of minor. To use the word minor for 'water course' is misnomer. All dictionaries available in the world do not suggest that 'minor' means 'water course'. For water course,distributory, channel, stream or waterway are normally used.

@ Dammam, it is not MAY BE... its for sure, whenever you read map and "major" or "minor" pointing out to a line..means water course. In this case this minor is coming from Khaira distributory.
