bro what about those who bought there file at 49 lakh.any way today news came out about ph5ext.my opinion its not good one side walled askari 11 on other side we have ring road dead end.you have to go local to get to ring road or bedian.on other side we have statelife only side open is phase 9 land.thats it phase 5ext will be back of phase9 .there is no other access every body has to go thru phase9 main blvd.look at phase 5 what happens there on back of phase 5 they have to go thru main blvd to go to ring road.infront of those houses its dead end.its my thinking..........i think phase 9 will be much better buy
