It is not necessary to keep the water pounding on the slab, important is just to keep the surface wet at all the time for a period of 14 days minimum. However, cement concrete atains 100%strength in four weeks and about 80% in two weeks. The purpose of curing is to keep the surface hydrated.Do not let it get dry during two weeks atleast. |
