Following are the general objections / queries of Ex Park View allottees about their adjustment in Phase-VII:-

Query
Result not available for some plots e.g 8/C/518, 8/C/596 10 Marla, 8/C/4689 1 Kanal ?

DHA Reply
Ballot Results are available on DHA Website as well as on Notice Boards being displayed in DHA Main Office, Y Block Commercial.

Query
Why are plots shifted to Phase VII ?

DHA Reply
Since land in Phase-VIII is not available plots are relocated in Phase-VII.

Query
What if owner is not interested in phase-7 plot

DHA Reply
Plots can be restored in Ex Park View if owner gives an undertaking stating that he can wait till the clearance of encumbrance.

What are development charges?

DHA Reply
1.For plot owner’s there are no development charges. Owners have to clear their left over dues.
2.File owner’s development charges are as under:- 1.10 Marla - Rs. 0.9 Million
2.1 Kanal - Rs. 1.5 Million
3.2 Kanal - Rs. 2.4 Million

When will be the new map available for Ex ParkView and Phase VII

DHA Reply
It is available on DHA website. Hard copy is available on Front Desk in DHA Main Complex, Y Block at the cost of Rs. 600.00/-

Query
What about the village and graveyard in phase VII area

DHA Reply
There is no village in additional area and graveyard will have boundary walls.

Query
When will development / possession start in this area

DHA Reply
1.Development will commence by May 2012
2.Possession will be handed over likely 30 Jun 2014

Query
Can they sell the plot before receiving the intimation letter and payment of development charges?

DHA Reply
No, however they can sell after receipt of intimation letter and clearance of development charges
